I'm cautiously optimistic but I don't think anybody wanted another SUV from infiniti who builds only two cars and makes three SUVs already. They need to stop adding variety to the G and just make another car. G25, G37, G37 coupe, G37 IPL, G37 convertible, G37s and G37x. Seriously make another car already.

Infiniti has never built a car or suv. They are built by Nissan, so Infiniti is not working on anything, Nissan is.

Cadillac is doing the same thing. They have a 3 row crossover (lambda) in the works as well. Why, idk. They need to be putting all of their resources into their small car (ATS) and flagship (Omega platform vehicle above XTS). I guess this is the trend though...

Just because a company owns or makes another doesn't mean they don't employ specialized engineers, designers ect specifically for that company. That's like saying nobody works for wal mart they all work for sams. Incorrect and irrelevant. Try to stay on topic.
