This car could be a great option but my questions is. Why new modern electric cars have to be so ugly. Why. Can you make an electric car with a normal and great design or not ?? is this so hard.

Only because the Volt was not sold nationally until last month. In fact the Volt was so hot dealerships have been selling them for a premium.
