wheels and 'sport kit.' i'm sure this will have younger bmw and mercedes buyer flocking to lexus dealerships.

how about something that has to do with the way the car actually performs.

lipstick on a pig.

How does it perform? I think it performs extremely well for its intended purpose. Its not a sporty car nor should it be.

non: snore....yes, a very comfortable, luxurious and incredibly boring car that 70 year olds simply love. they can't get enough of these.

and who are these 16 year old girls buying $70,000 5-series, $80,000 M3s and $100,000 7-series? or even buying $40,000 328s. i didn't realize there are that many high income children making more than the average lexus buyer. thanks for informing me.

I'm sure that this version is, like all the other LSs out there, extremely quiet and plush and well-assembled. I'm sure the dealers take excellent care of their buyers. But remember when M-B and Mercedes were sweating bullets because of the Lexus onslaught? Remember when Lexus seemed poised to match its German competitors not just in refinement but in prestige and overall mechanical excellence? Remember the initial concept of the LS: 7-series size and quality for 5-series money?

I agree with Marwan, though the car is very expensive, but it lack the factor of presence, some other less expensive cars enjoy a big deal of presence in the street like the new optima, cadenza, BMW 5 series, the new audi A6 and A8, the new Merc E class coupe, but this car costs too much and looks bland.
