ABC News Wins Award For Staged Toyota Runaway Story
ABC News Brian Ross has won an award for his coverage of the runaway Toyota scare. Journalism has reached a sorry state when needlessly alarming the public and harming a company are honored while facts are ignored.

For their work on the Toyota unintended-acceleration story, Ross, ABC News' chief investigative correspondent, and the ABC News investigative team have been given the Edward R. Murrow Award for "video continuing coverage."

The prize is handed out by the Radio Television Digital News Association, which must be made up of the only people on Earth who didn't know that the story fell apart.

Say what you want, but this validates my thoughts that the computers can't tell the difference between working sensors and shorted/faulty sensors.

They showed that a simple short circuit is enough to cause the vehicle to run away and that the vehicle is utterly incapable of recognizing the issue.

As far as I know the car wasn't reprogrammed or rewired. From what I could tell they made a simple switch box the short circuits part of the board on command.

Prove to me they rewired and reprogrammed it mist I don't believe anything but whatever I can imagine or suits my point?

Also, going back to your old post, why did you quote a news article when you yourself don't believe what you read? lmao

That fuy with the glasses seems like he's hiding something. This whole thing was clearly staged. Toyota, please sue the ass off ABC and the idiots who gave the award!
