Jeep Spy Shot?

Interested in knowing what this SUV is. Looks like a Jeep from first look, but i noticed grills on the side of the car similar to the Range Rover Sport, which is why i thought this might be a new freelander. Anyone have any idea?

a hybrid jeep? get a diesel (if you can), they're from merc and very good.
