Of course their quality has improved. In fact, for a mainstream brand it could be argued their quality has improved perhaps a little too much. One of the reasons (there are multiple) FoMoCo's Lincoln brand is failing so hard right now is because Ford's quality is so improved that customers have a hard time finding a reason to buy a Lincoln over an equivalent Ford.

I've had MyFord Touch for about a month.
If you are used to menu items with flyouts, it's pretty good.
The distraction is that it can do so much.
If the screen has 4 options use the up or down button to select what you want.
Hit the right button to open the sub options.
Down to select the one you want.
Wrong main choice, hit the left button to go back.
Not so difficult.
