Prius Supply Level Drops To Only 4 Days

With the worst of the components shortages from the March 11 earthquake in Japan seemingly behind them, Japanese automaker production lines in Japan and abroad are returning to normalcy, but Toyota Motor Sales USA executives said today production setbacks and high demand for the Prius hybrid-electric vehicle have whittled U.S. national inventory to a meager four-day supply.
