WHY Is 00R Infatuated With The Volvo C30 Polestar?

I've come to learn that as I get older there are some things you can't explain. An example of such a phenomenon are certain things that I adore at first sight.

One of which is the Volvo C30 Polestar.

Although it sports one of the most obnoxious blues of our time since the BMW E46 M3's Laguna Seca, that's not what catches my eye. It's the C30's stance, attitude and one of my favorite parts, the sound. With that two and a half liter five-cylinder motor operating at full tilt, it has the same tonal quality as a Lamborghini Gallardo or Audi R8 V10. Call me crazy but that's what I am hearing.

Then there is the interior, which is my weakness in just about any car. The stock C30 has a really well-done interior space as well but the Polestar just takes everything and wraps it in Alcantara. That may just be the best idea anyone's ever had.

Why shouldn't I like this car? Why shouldn't YOU like this car? If Volvo were to build something like this would you ever consider it over an AMG, M or S/RS product?

This is definitely one of the more Exotic sounding hatches that I have heard. The RS3 sounds great too. These 5 cylinders sound sporty and sexy no doubt.

because it has something the Focus has not had in a long time: power and grip from an all-wheel drive system, like the old Escort RS/Cosworth RS

Not sure where youve been morepower but the Focus has had that for along time, just not in the states. Maybe youve never seen the RS500 focus with 350hp, or the St models while they dont have awd there is no denying their performance. Just because some wierdo that has to speak in third person (whats the infatuation with that wierd..) in everything he posts saids something is good doesnt make it so.

WHY Is 00R Infatuated With The Volvo C30 Polestar? Because it is a car that Volvo has stated they will not build. People want what they can't have. JC of Top Gear loved it by the way. And it is Play-doh Blue.
