Go for the car that is in it's 9th generation. The Benz is the correct choice as eldard stated above. What is the price of keeping your family safe in a worst case scenario? Go for the safest car you can afford, so that makes it the Benzo.

Is the infiniti not safe? Ive wrecked a Maxima before and although the car was to pieces, it actually protected me very well.

I would take the Infiniti anytime. The Merc might have a little better quality, but these Infiniti cars are just crazy driving machines, I love them!!

The E class reminds me of the Toyota Avalon, it looks nice only the first time you look at it, and it gets old right after that.

M56 will be my choice. Design of E class sedan(coupe and wagon are better) is very weak, IMO the refreshed Genesis looks better than E sedan.

Gosh what a stupid video and a bunch of stupid responses in this thread. The M56 and E550 couldn't be more different. The true rival to the M56 is the BMW 5er.

the 5 series and E class are competitors! and how could they not be more different? a yaris and a A8 couldn't be more different these cars compete in the same segment. If your interest in a E class then you should also be interest in they M and the 5 series and the GS and the A6. Know what your talking about before you criticize.
