blazinboy-There are a few differences versus GM. 1st GM in the 90's was using the eaxact same American platforms for Buick,Pontiac,Oldsmobile,and Chevy. The wheelbases were the same,the interiors were similar,they even weighed in about the same. The C-Evo is now wider for the US. The styling is going to be American,the interior will be Americanized. It not really watering down it is accomodating a different market then Italy. I do agree with you on Maserati. Using the Pentastar V6 that is not modified except for a turbo frankly makes me a bit worried. I sincerely hope that Alfa/Maserati has put it's own internals into the Pentastar case as well as different intake and exaust compnents. We will have to wait and see.
