I must be out of date. What ever happened to the Magnuson Fergus(?)Act
that protected after market suppliers from 1975. Didn't the Manufactorer have to proove that after market parts actually damaged the vehicle?

Now that I read the article I realize I'm not out of date. The Magnuson/Moss act protects aftermarket suppliers. That means that Ford is just spitting out propaganda to try and scare off people from using aftermarket instead of Fords Racing Parts Program.Good luck
