PREDICTIONS! Will Carolla's 'Car Show' Be A Beer Blast Or Leave Viewers Crying In Their Beer Like Top Gear USA?

Tomorrow marks the beginning of something new. Well, not entirely. It's been tried and tried again before -- maybe even three times -- but a bunch of guys have gotten together with a crew and produced another automotive program. Dubbed "The Car Show" it doesn't have the most original title but maybe that's what's needed since another program was clearly trying WAY too hard.

Time will tell.

With that said, we've included a promotional clip of the new show that features our friend, Matt Farah, among Adam Carolla, Dan Neil (Yes, he won a Pulitzer) and John Salley. The question is: will it beat up Top Gear USA, which was largely considered "meh," or will it perform less than desirably?

The first episode airs tomorrow on SPEED at 10:00 p.m. EDT. Tune in and check back here to weigh in.

Well Adam Carolla is a cheap shotting ass that has few admirers. American producers just dont seem to get what makes the UK Top Gear what it is.

Carolla's humor is far too crass. The Top Gear UK presenters are smart and witty. This will be another American version that is dumbed down. But Top Gear USA set the bar so low, pretty much anything could be better.

The funny thing is, Adam Carolla filmed the original Top Gear US pilot, and they didn't call him back when it finally got picked up.

Not true, he did get the call but his schedule did not permit him to accept it. He was in the middle of shooting a network sitcom pilot which was not picked up...

I think Adam's show will be worse than Top Gear USA! Adam's voice and stupid humor won't get far. I'd rather watch Top Gear USA than his show any day!

I hope it comes out well. I'm one of the very few people on here it seems that actually likes Adam Corolla I remember the Man Show on Comedy Central that was actually pretty funny before Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla left the show. I'll give it a chance.

I think and hope that the Car Show will be okay. Carolla isn't the best comedian around but with his cast the show should be watchable and fairly funny. I'm glad they added some color to the cast for a different perspective. I also dont think Top Gear USA is that bad. Nobody is giving the show a chance. It's not going to be the same as Top Gear UK. Lightning doesn't usually strike the same spot twice.
