While the technology of the Veyron is impressive, I find it to be a totally unrealistic car and waste of resources and money. If you have a car like the Veyron, you can't even test it on the racetrack. It guzzles fuel like there's no tomorrow and God knows what else. To me, someone who buys this car wants to brag at the local golf club...

So this Porsche car designed to topple the Veyron IMO is a waste of time.

BMW530i,
I completely agree. I think it's just coming down to pride. Who's got the car with the biggest balls, to put it in a less eloquent way. It's just a matter of bragging rights to keep porsche up there with the competition. whether or not they sell, they just want to atleast have a car that fills the niche. It's rather entertaining to see where this competition will lead them. I mean, atleast for us, it gives us something to look forward to as far as what kind of technology will be implemented.

I doubt Porsche producing a car beating Veyron from the Top Spot.
And Veyron meanted to be Fast,Premium,Pride....etc

It was meant to have no competitors.

It's a completly different beast for compleltly different people.

Something like an ULTRA-EXCLUSIVE-SLR,
and not Enzo or Carrera GT.

So don't say it's a waste of money or anything negative.

U or me,maybe will not understand it's build PURPOSE.
