What Are The Top Oxymoron-Modded Cars On The Road?
One thing I've started to notice is that certain cars are just getting really weird modifications. As I usually say, to each their own, but the weird thing is that some of these enhancements don't seem to match up with the car.

Take, for example, when I spotted this Jeep Wrangler in Connecticut. I couldn't believe what I saw:

A Wrangler with bigger tires and spacers to give it a wider stance, a chromed-out exhaust and the icing on the cake; a large, chromed-out wheel that didn't even have a tired wrapped around it. So, it was completely purposeless.

But for whatever reason, it seems that Wrangler owners have been going on a modding spree. Recently, an owner of a Wrangler in my neighborhood slapped on some 26-inch plus rims on his four-door Wrangler. Why? I'll never know.

Long story short, what are some of the TOP oxymoron modifications that you've seen.

So, we've got one:

1) Jeep Wranglers on BIG rims

The most common idiotic thing are fake cromed air intakes that everyone is gluing to the front fendors. They mimic those put on Land Rovers. On LR's they are functional. What do the do on a Chevy Cobolt, Ford Focus or a minivan?

The worst I've ever seen however was a Chrylser LHS I saw a few years ago. It's a front driver, and guy had put 13" by 5" wide rims on the front and 18" by 14" wide rims on the rear. I almost laughed myself into the ditch with that stupidity.

Hummer H2 that is lowered with rubber band tires. Remeber years ago the cell phone antenna's that people would put on the rear or side windows? I saw some essay with four of them on the rear window. He was clearly an important dude and his message had to get through.
