Lexus To Now Offer Helicopter Based Roadside Assistance Across Europe?
We do not know too many people who are concerned about Lexus reliability, but in an effort to keep up with the Gottis and increase its street-cred among European exotic car makers, 2012 Lexus LF-A owners may soon receive a generous and unparalleled roadside coverage program.

According to Spanish motor blog, Motorpasion.com, Lexus will dispatch a team of “flying doctors” to rescue an LF-A owner whose car has broken down, become stranded, or has its feelings hurt by a new Pagani Huayra.

What does pagani have to do with the LFA? is it that not only are there nicer looking cars then the lfa that are faster then the lfa, there are uglier cars (i.e. the pagani) that are also faster then the lfa?

The Lexus LF-A is the greatest sports-car ever created.

Most folks [here]seem to have a passion for automobiles..whether it's biased or not. You however, just try your best to be a "smart-ass" but you just end up looking..well, even more stupid every time.

WE ALL GET IT...YOU DONT LIKE LEXUS BUT U'D RATHER BASH AKA HATE ON 'EM, BUT IN A FACETIOUS TONE....cool...Now stop, idiot!

At near $400,000 you'd be hard-pressed to find too many more "special" cars, aside from the Veyron.

At that price I'd argue a helicopter, a motorcycle and a boat should be included free of charge. (/s)

If you crash the Toyota you will need a Med Evac. This is something for a Bugatti owner, not a Toyota.

I really don't see this happening. I live in Germany and here you need a permit for everything - literally.

AFAIK, a helicopter landing can only be performed on official airfields and medical/police helicopters are allowed to land anywhere due to the nature of their jobs.

A car service based on the use of a helicopter? Never. I just don't see this as passing through local legislations because at the end of the day it's a silly thing to do. Lexus is not a major player in Europe. They're not on the radar here and if a Lexus driver should break down, well guess what? We have tow services here to that can easily be notified to tow the broken down Lexus. Big deal.
