I am amazed knowing that somewhere, a bunch of people nodded their heads in agreement that this was a good thing. In Steve's opinion, it's a solution without a problem, and not a pretty one, either.

Why can't you build something because it's fun? There was no reason to build the Dodge Viper, Corvette ZR-1, Dodge Dakota Convertible, Ford GT, Escallade EXT, etc.

I've said it before and will say it again that this segment is about to explode when Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi and BMW enter the market...all of whom have them in development. Right now its the wrong brand with the wrong top design. The baby boomers (because of ease of entry, four wheel drive, brand snoberry, etc etc) are going to go for the German versions in a big big way. Get back to me on this in five years !

I saw one on the road the other day its really not as odd looking as it appears pictures at least with its top down. Its no more terrible looking than a regular Murano which in my opinino looks bad in the first place especially that front end. As far as a concept though with cars like the ZDX, X6, and upcoming others it seems like a unique idea. Would I ever want one no, but I do admire the fact they are thinking outside of hte box instead of making more of the same boring vehicle types.

Disappointed by the poor third-row seating. Kids won't like back there.
