Kyle Busch, who leads the standings in NASCAR'S top racing circuit, pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving 128 m.p.h. (206 km/h) in a 45-m.p.h. zone and was placed on a year's probation and fined $1,000.
Judge Thomas Church also revoked Busch's driver's licence for 45 days.
Busch, who also pleaded no contest to reckless driving, apologized to the judge. "I've taken full responsibility for my actions and lack of judgment," Busch said of the May 24 incident.2012 Toyota Camry Photo Gallery2012 Porsche 911 Carrera Photo GalleryConcours d'Elegance 2011 Photo Gallery2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG Photo GalleryThe Quail Event 2011 Photo GalleryConcours d'Elegance Weekend 2011 Photo Gallery2011 Concorso Italiano Photo Gallery
