FRANKFURT MOTOR SHOW: Alpina Readies Its Juiced-Up BMW 6-Series For A Frankfurt Unveil

As the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show gets closer and closer, more pictures and new vehicles are slipping out. The latest to come about is Alpina's latest project: the B6 droptop.

Obviously based on the 6-Series convertible, the B6 ups the ante with the standard 4.4-liter V8, which produces 400 horsepower. The B6 is expected to add 100 ponies and bring torque up to 516 lb-ft.

Look for the B6 to take a bow in Frankfurt very shortly...
