BMW Dealership Fires Employees For Joy Ride But Should Criminal Charges Follow?
Two BMW employees from Pacific BMW in Glendale decided to “test drive” the new BMW 1 Series M Coupe. The ride was not your typical drive around the block, but rather a high-speed joyride through the residential streets of Glendale.
Proud of their “accomplishment”, one of the two employees in question posted a Youtube video of the joyride. Days later, major news outlets or TV stations picked up the story and started a river of articles on the web.

Absolute rubbish by two immature people... Wait until the track days and then bring the car out to speed, not in neighborhoods! They deserve to get criminal charges too, depending on speed and situation.

What?? Say it ain't!! A great PR firm could do wonders with this!!
I can see the commercials now!! And the BMW 1 Series M Coupe to boot?!!! I see gold for BMW! Give them both raises and make them spokespeople!! Top that, Audi!!

The dealership is just covering their ass! If they don't press charges, the Glendale and law enforcement will view the dealership as condoning the act. Let's not forget about a drastic increase in insurance premiums and BMW sanctions as well.
