UAW Believes Obama Motor City Visit Is A Sign Of Support
United Auto Workers members welcomed President Barack Obama's appearance at this year's Labor Day rally, saying it helps draw attention to the auto industry at a time their leaders are negotiating national contracts with Detroit's Big Three.
"It gives a little more weight to the contract negotiations," said Kim Janeski, a member of UAW Local 931, which represents Ford Motor Co. workers. "The federal government is behind us as workers."
The UAW is bargaining with all three Detroit automakers — General Motors Co., Chrysler Group LLC and Ford — hammering away at new labor agreements to replace ones that expire Sept. 14. Those talks continued at Chrysler and GM this weekend, but negotiators took Monday off.

"Boehner and the rest of the gop/teatard hacks are in bed with the corporate mafia and banksters."
You must be forgetting about the fact that Obama has received more corporate campaign contributions than any republican from corporations like GE and Google while they pay nothing in federal taxes. I suggest you stop getting your information from MSNBC and comedians like John Stewart. Cliche leftist talking points are a poor substitute for facts.

so if google and ge wants to be taxed, why does Obama go against there wishes?
Also, I didn't realize you had control over the governments spending.
