Toyota to revise DOWN its 2006 domestic sales target

Toyota Motor Corp. will revise down its 2006 domestic sales target, although the reduction doesn't take into account possible fallout from a recall scandal, sources said.

Yeah..right the revision has nothing to do with the all of their latest re-calls. Well I don't believe that for one minute. The re-calls for Toyota/Lexus go's right to the heart of what this company was built on "Reliability". They will most likely slow production and through money at quality assurance.

Toyotas pants are down around the ankles right now. At this rate it is going to take is a few more large recalls to have more cars recalled than produced for the entire year. That wouldn't that be interesting.

Hahahaha, the mighty Toyota is showing the very signs of weakening that I said it would. Toyota fans like to point out how Toyota acheived such high status and sales numbers in a short period of time. Will they also point out that Toyota looks like it is going to fall just as fast as it rose?
