RENDERED SPECULATION: Could FORD Produce The Nicest Looking Four-Door Coupe Yet?

Wow, I must say, Ford is turning me around here.

At the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show, Ford displayed the EVOS concept, which was an outstanding piece of hardware and 001 proclaimed it was the best looking car at the show.

I wondered: how will this concept become reality?

Then the first spy images of the next-generation Ford Mondeo were released and it became quite clear. The Mondeo will feature the "face" of the EVOS.

But now an artist's rendering seems to pinpoint the next-gen Mondeo as a four-door coupe a la Audi's A7. And to be quite frank, if this is close to what we'll see in real life, it could easily be the best looking four-door coupe yet.

What say you, Spies? Do you think this rendering is spot on OR just a nice thought?

Not sure why a term is bothering you that much, ok? But anyway cars used to be 2 door and 4 door sedans im sure you may not remember that but a coupe isnt defines as a 2 door car and neither is a sedan defined as a 4 door......Does your argument also hold true for the decades of 2 door sedans?

It looks great compared to anything the Japs or the Koreans currently make(Exception Kia Optima).Further it looks better then anything the Americans make. Other then that it's really ugly!
