Mercedes-Benz Reaches Naming Agreement For The Superdome

The New Orleans Saints and Mercedes-Benz announced Monday that they have reached a 10-year naming rights agreement that will turn the 36-year-old Louisiana Superdome into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Officials from the Saints, Mercedes-Benz and the state are expected to make the official announcement at a news conference Tuesday at the iconic stadium on Poydras Street where they'll unveil plans for the new signage in and around the stadium, where the Mercedes-Benz name and logo will be featured prominently.

First this building gets used as a toilet by thousands of poor New Orleans criminals, and to add insult, this palace built for wealthy low-IQ thugs (sorry, pro-football players) has now been named to honor the pimpmobiles driven by the players? How much more can you insult a simple building?

Don't answer... I don't want to imagine a womans pro-football league playing in the Buggtussle, Alabama HyundaiDome.

I had equated the Superdome with the world's largest toilet after 2006, so I sure wouldn't have paid much for it, if I were Dieter Z.
