Why does BMW have such a yuppy/clueless poser, overly aggressive reputation, Audi such a cool & conservative reputation & MB an old retiree image

advertising. bmw was all "weight distribution" m-b was all "ride quality" and audi was all "vorsprung durch technik". and also because they were true. in the 80's bmws were bought by yuppies, m-b by old men and audis by cool people. and now the 80s people are now older and continue their beliefs in their children.

God! can we get autospies to ban Germannut job and all the other idiots from posting these ridiculous blogs about Audi. You guys are so stupid and ignorant.

BMW rules, that's it, Merc is for the almost dying, old people and Audi are for those who cannot afford a BMW ora Merc. See, only clever, educated, wealth and young people will buy a BMW. Those who are fools will buy Chrysler's Merc or VW's Audi or Toyota's Lexus. Shame, the car you drive shows what kind of person you are.

oh god you've been brain washed by marketing. it's a car, not a way of life. think of all the reps and posers who buy bmws (usually 318s and 320ds), it gives them a terrible reputation in the uk. every estate agent has one. to buy a (small engined) bmw here indicates you have little imagination.
