Sweet. I'd like to see this happen. Lincoln needs a good boost.

Agreed. Though Lincoln should be now be focused on a global vehicle to actually compete with the major luxury automakers, they better design something that can be sustained for the long term.

I want them to design a flagship that consumers are interested in 4-5 years after being introduced. I want consumers to appreciate a good redesign but still be interested in the original.

Finally, a Lincoln that can be given a decent amount of horsepower(aka not front drive). I hope that the upcoming 5.8-liter V-8 is dropped into the thing. LINCOLN NEEDS A HALO CAR, and that could be it.

Isnt that an old concept car from 4 or 5 years ago? Lincoln does need a boost but I don't think this particular car is it.

I'm sure the photo was just to depict the last time Lincoln showed a concept sedan... Man what a stinker that was! Looks like they asked a 9-year-old to draw a car.

Lincoln needs to first get their bases covered before developing any kind of flagship sedan. They need both an entry level luxury car (something serious...not the MKZ) and a premium mid-sizer to compete with 5-Series, E-Class, and Caddy CTS. From there, a flagship would make sense. Starting at the top and working backwards did work for Lexus, but times and buyers are much different now. Anyway, I wish Lincoln the best!

they will make it some over priced uncompetitive avg car ( and give it a confusing name, perhaps MK R, for the rear drive )
lincoln sucks compared to Cadillac even worse against lexus, infiniti and acura ... 3 brands i think are MUCH better than lincoln, i wont even begin to put them in the same sentence as the Germans.
