MasMarchionne says Maserati, not Ferrari, will challenge Porsche, Bentley

Sorry for him. Maserati is a just design, But Reliability or Endurance or horrible. I know some people the hate the brand cause anything electronic or electric fail so often as a brand new, Ferrari is the same. Italians sale quality and design , great workmanship and finish. But Germans offer the same (excluding design) and the best technology and reliability at better price. Most of people that knows about cars, won't pick a Maserati over a Porsche. If I want a super car, it will be a Porsche, If I want to say that I have money , I would buy a Ferrari or a Lamborghini but never a Maserati. Germans put function over design and that's why the build ugly (and ugly is subjective) cars but with the best performance. I like Ferrari and Lamborghini If get one, It would basically cause they are beautiful, Maserati is just a high priced Fiat with Ferrari engines.

@Yonder7, hats off to your comment!! In addition, if you want a real sports car (lets say Porsche or german cars is the way to go) In other hand, if you want a showcase, then Ferrari is the option!!!

I like to speak in generalities. I know some people. I have talked to these other people. Italians make good spaghetti, German's make better kraut, but since cabbage tastes sour, these people don't like kraut. Most people who know about things like German stuff. I know about stuff, and I know the kind of stuff I really like. But if I am rich, then I would choose to buy different stuff. It's really just about things and stuff.

What we like is also subjective, so I agree in what you say too.
