Now You Have The Chance To Build That Classic Mustang YOUR Way

The details of a reproduction first-generation Mustang convertible body shell were announced Friday by the Ford Motor Company, a development that the automaker called in a media release a “classic car lover’s dream come true.”

If it is indeed a dream, it is a recurring one. Dynacorn International, the company contracted by Ford to make the bodies, also produces shells for vintage Camaros, Firebirds, Chevelles, Challengers and Chevy trucks, as well as 1967-70 Mustangs.

The brand-new old Mustang is already in production, and it comes with doors, trunk lid and all sheet metal. It sells for $15,000 and can be delivered to your garage by freight truck.

I'll save my money and just buy a new and better mustang for about the same price when all is said and done.
