This is a man who was incredibly ill. You mustn't know anybody with a terrible disease like cancer but I can tell you from first hand experience that some can't even walk to the other side of their bedroom, let alone getting around day-to-day errands. Just because you have arms and legs does not mean you aren't handicapped. You sound like the "pompous jerk" here.

What a monumental Idiot.

You assume he just gets the vehicles from the leasing companies without paying for them.

You assume there are no taxes involved in the leasing of a vehicle

If anything the Bi-Yearly Acquisition of vehicles means he pays almost double the amount of tax regular leasers pay.

Finally if you do not think that a serious case of CANCER is not enough to allow him to park in a Handicap Spot then i think the term best suited to describe you with is Beyond Salvage.
