SPIED: NEW Real-Life Photos Of The All-New 2012 BMW 3-Series

That's right! It's been spotted in real life again thanks to some spies that went to BMWNA's door and essentially knocked on it. When I say spy, I mean a sales advisor who was at the company's HQ for training.

As we saw in a previous thread that showed a white 2012 3-Series milling around the company's Woodcliff Lake headquarters, this time it's pretty clear some a curious cat got an up close and personal look at the car.

There isn't any flashy camera art here, this is simply how it would look. Think of it like a Hollywood star without makeup.

Long story short, we wound up with these fantastic snapshots of the 3-Series, which is even compared side-by-side with a 2011 5-Series.

Really looks like the 5-Series (took me a minute to realize it's parked next to a different model). I think I prefer the distinction seen in previous generations.

the resemblance is really only from the rear (and yes, from the back they are hard to differentiate). From the side the shoulder lines are very distinctive, and the front ends are totally different.

100% positive it's not a 2011. First indicator are the reflectors and the angle of the rear bumper corners.
