It Doesn't Take A Genius To See Hyundai Is Red Hot - Will They Become THE Driving Force Of The Next Decade?

It doesn't take an auto insider to see Hyundai Motor America is on a roll.

Through October, South Korea-based Hyundai has sold more cars in America than it did in all of 2010. Its retail sales are up 31 percent this year, its market share continues to grow and more people than ever are considering a Hyundai as they shop for cars. Every month is a new sales record for the brand. It's getting kind of redundant after eight months in a row.

In order to get back on track, Toyota and Honda will need product. Based on the new Civic and Camry, the party has plenty of life in it.

We are in a new era of Asian dominance by the South Koreans. Love it or leave it, those are the facts.

It's just that many would like to cling to what they believe that they know as certainty such as, which brand should be on top versus which shouldn't.

The free market world doesn't work like that.

"As long as people here worship nothing but low prices, Korea will continue raping your auto industry while blinding you with flatscreen tvs and cloned Apple products."

Ignoring that Netflix isn't Korean and people are cutting the cable cord to try to save money. and that could increase layoffs from the cable providers. But since Netflix is American that ok. Also ignoring that Apple TV, Roku is also cheaper than Google TV and can offer you Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon rather than paying $100 a month on Dish and Cable. But since that's not Korean that's ok too.
