All fuel sold in Portland, Oregon to be biofuel blend

Portland, Oregon is known as a pretty environmentally conscious city. The city has an Office of Sustainable Development and wants to help residents find car pool partners. Soon residents can add the fact that every bit of transportation fuel sold at gas stations in the city is at least partly made of biofuel to the list of what makes the city so green.
