VIDEO: ANOTHER Reason Why It's Stupid To Street Race

Another day, another video of two pig-headed individuals driving recklessly. What are you going to do? Just don't bother with these types of folks when you're on the road!

So, the story goes that the videographer was on his way to pick up the family's Thanksgiving turkey when he came across two Corvettes -- a C5 and a C6 -- who thought it was the perfect time to pretend they were doing 1/4 mile drag races on residential streets.

According to the gum-smackin', iPhone wielding cameraman, he says "I had a feel something bad was going to happen b/c of the conditions and testosterone flowing between these two."

The rear end breaks loses traction, and tries to pass the front end resulting in loss of directional control. Probable cause: Accelerating at a rate that's too brisk for operator's driving abilities.

Why didn't the dude just stop or slow down --- unless that's another cause of the loss of control.

And if I lost control, I'd rather roll thru a lawn then plow into another car (especially the one I was racing).

Thats why you should not use Leaf Springs in a fast car.

Corvettes like Vipers like Mustangs can be quite powerful and fast but 1 thing that has been commmon amongst all 3 of those vehicles is that for non experts, they are fantastically dangerous to drive.
