Here's a look at the upcoming Chevrolet Suburban Z71 thanks to GMInsidenews.

The good looking truck looks even better in the Z71 garb.

Look for the Z71 package on Tahoes and Suburbans in dealers this fall.

Rumor has it there may be a Yukon Z71 type package as well.

That looks good. But still like all SUVs this needs a gas guzzler tax.

What do you mean? How does it show that I know nothing about cars? Please explain?

Chewy likes the Q7 over the Cayenne so I concur with you Hemi!

I said that the Q7 looks better than the Cayenne. I din't say that the Q7 is a better car than the Cayenne. However the Q7 is probably just as good. The V-8 Porsche Cayenne is built on the same platform but gives you ten less horsepower, worse fuel economy, no third row and costs 23,785 more with the same options. If I was spending my money I would buy the Q7 and save nearly 24k dollars.

HEMI, you still haven't answered my questions.

Yes, I am just messing with you chewy. The Q7 definitely looks well put together but unfortunately has the overall shape of a station wagon/minivan when you look past the nice front fascia. I also dont know what HEMI was talking about.

Ok, it might look minivanish in pictures but in real life it doesn't look nearly as much. It just doesn't have the regular SUV boxiness.

The new Z71 is very well done. I loved the old ones, and it looks as if they corrected some of its shortcoming. Specifically, the cheap interiors. Having the 2 tone interior is right on the money. Plus the controls dont look like they came out of a cheap 1980 B Science Fiction movie. Im still not a fan of the front grill, but I like what they did with the headlamps. It doesnt look so much like a new model as it does a freshen up on the outside. It seems much more sculpted and purposeful. I love the BFG's--the wheels set this machine off. Kudos to Gm- they got one right for a change.
