RENDERED SPECULATION: Would YOU Prefer A Next-Gen BMW 3-Series Touring Or 3GT?

RENDERED SPECULATION: Would YOU Prefer A Next-Gen BMW 3-Series Touring Or 3GT?
For the next-generation BMW 3-Series, it seems that BMW may be abandoning the Touring version for the US market.

How do we know this? Well, we can't confirm anything yet but we will say it may be following the footsteps of the 5-Series, which has a Touring version overseas while we get stuck with the Gran Turismo.

Considering we've seen the 3GT undergoing testing -- as is the 3-Series Touring -- we can't foresee what BMW will supply the North American market until they officially announce its plans. But if I was a betting man I'd wager that the North American market won't see a wagon.

BMW's really gunning for a shift to GT-like autos.

Here’s how I imagine the next 3-Series Touring might look.

Maybe it’s a personal preference but I think the estate/wagon 3-Series looks better then the sedan.

The 5-series GT is a wagon that seems to be ashamed of it and that tries to disguise it with a sloping roofline. It's a pretender. Assuming the 3-series GT will be the same, I'd take the wagon because it won't live in a state of denial.

Nice looking wagon render, the A4 is still better looking though (the green house seems sportier to me). Oh, and to those whining about BMW in the news, save it for someone who cares.
