For all its extensive improvements, the model has sacrificed much of its traditional depth of character on the altar of style and profit. The all new '07 is okay, but the SE V6 version is nice (268 hp). The styling is much more improved and has more of an aggressive stance. So the new '07/08 Honda Accord has up the ante!

Courtstone is right, The new camry is much more improved than the old model
Ive seen maybe 1 accord for every 5 camrys

Camrys are great cars, but no matter how radical the styling is it will always be bland in a couple of years. Considering that Toyota sells about 350,000 Camrys a year plus the amount of Camrys you see everytime you go outside. Things that you see day to day often become bland.

Another reason why Alfa Romeo should come back to the US and sell us the 159. That mainstreamer will make the Camry, Accord and Sonata appear like the sleeping pills they are.

I also feel that this Camry design is really boring and a step backwards. Call me crazy, but I rather liked the last generation Toyota Camry design. And many people claimed that thing was boring. Well, compared to the new one, it isn't.

Yes! I thought I was the only one. The previous Camry looked sportier too me, it also had a better profile. But like I said anything that you see on a day to day basis gets old, it's just a matter of time

I think the current one "could look better" if the front grille wasn't so contraversial. I have a feeling the designers were sorta stumped on that part. :p
