Infiniti Confirms Future Models Will No Longer Be Japanese Built
Nissan Motor Co., which decided to make its Infiniti JX crossover in the United States to fight the strong and profit-eating yen, will keep moving Infiniti production out of Japan, the brand's global chief says.

For example, a compact car based on the Etherea Concept shown at the Geneva auto show won't be built in Japan.

Well, 1911, because then I would be as ignorant as you. Because Renault does not own Nissan. Renault just has a 44% stake in the company and Nissan has a 15% stake, whereas Infiniti is a brand of Nissan Motors.

Does that make sense of why I did not say Renault and why I made sure I said Nissan Motors?

Too bad, cause my G35 hardly cost me any repair after 80,000 miles(well I did break a linkage piece out of rally-style driving) I'm not sure if anything outside of Japan can be built as well, even under quality control.
