Interesting design let down by a boring and overcomplicated name. LF-LC? I mean come on...

does 911 beats GTR? no
does 911 cost more than GTR when similarly equipped? yes
it is not all about speed, unless you are a race car driver. i use to fancy about speed but ultimately the luxury and conform became my top priority. think about it, if speed/performance/price is all that matters, people would all drive EVO/STI.

I might regret this but:
If something like this makes it to production, I might really start putting some credence into the fact the Toyota and Lexus are moving towards a fundamental change. This is yet another positive step to break out of the boredom induced by decades of bean counters.

I think that Mr.Toyoda has been really great for Toyota. He is a fundamental change for them.

I really like this design. I hope it the production version looks similar. Is this a SL63 competitor?

SL63>Most Aston Martins. Sorry badgewhore, but you're insulting this lexus by comparing it to an overweight, under powered, over priced, albeit nice looking British car.

Aston hasn't had a major engine revision in well over a decade, in the automotive world they are barbaric!

Lexus just needs to give it up. I've never seen a lamer luxury brand when it comes to bulding performance cars that people who aren't millionaires could actually buy?

Darth Vader?
How many times do I have to go over this!
It's not Darth Vader- it's a Cylon....
Really though, it is pretty interesting but the real question is how much of this will trickle down and will this car ever be made or stay concept only....

Looks nice and styling cues of LFA are clearly identifiable. The profile, proportions, roofline and air intake below the door are all very close to LFA but the detailing/design language along with bold spindle grille is sharper and IMO better.
LF-LC. Lexus Future-Luxury Coupe? Hope the SC replacement look very close to this concept.

Looks like a baby LF-A the same way an Audi TT looks like a baby R8.
Will probably be the vehicle to replace the SC - or maybe more of a Jaguar XK competitor.

Side profile is quite nice, the other angles not as good. Overall a great looking concept, but all concepts are.

Please Lexus, do something good since your existence and don't do to the production model of this car what you did to the LF-A. This looks fantastic.

And most customers buying this Lexus will be older citizens. Why? Because they can afford it. Cars in this class appeal to the elderly.

The side profile looks good, but they simply effed up with the overly styled front end. I mean, look at that grill! It's something only Batman would like (if the car were black). The whole front is yuck in an otherwise good design.

Other than the front-end being way overdone, this is a good omen for the next SC. If it drives well, they'd have a hit on their hands (just in time to compete with the new Jag E-Type)

Lexus has been onto new design language since LFA, while Infiniti is still doing dated simple curve contour. Now that BMW turns to elec steering, it'll steer me toward LEXUS unless Infiniti keeps it hydraulic.

Affordable LF-A? Maybe all of that research and development that went into the LF-A was so it could trickle down to make Lexus able to compete with its rivals on a performance level. They have them beat on reliability already.
