Can you upload a 40megapixel photo? I'm interested in seeing how much detail that excess is :)

I would rather get a 5D or 1D if i were you.

This is a specialized camera for specific purposes.

One of the drawbacks is the capture rate:
Capture rate:
1.1 seconds per capture. 50 captures per minute

The camera also seems to be a little heavy without any lens on it.

No offense, but these photos of the new 3er are nothing spectacular. The camera was aimed straight at the headlights and a direct flash with hard light (no diffusion to soften it) makes the whole image appear like a normal snapshot.

The second image showing the front of the 335i is a bit underexposed, the person in the background is a distraction...wait, the entire background is a distraction.

Just like cars and driving/racing, expensive hardware does not guarantee good performance...most of the performance is in the operator.

For most people, spending $2k on a camera, another $2k on training will yield way better photos than this $20k camera in the hands of an amateur.

A Hassy? for shots on a website? I'll admit I've seen some great shots on this site, but there's not a single shot here that couldn't be equaled or bested by good photog with an entry level Canon or Nikon DSLR and a good prime lens. If you just had to be flamboyant, you could have went with a Canon 5D II which would still be more quality than you'd ever need at these sizes. I hope you plan on selling 50x50 autospies posters otherwise, you've just pissed away over 20K.....

It's not the camera for everyone. Only those who want the best.

I'm not normally one to criticize anyone for their choice of toys, however that is a very specialized camera. Maximum ISO of 1600 meaning you'll never use it without a flash after dusk, a little over 1 frame per second raw meaning you won't be shooting anything that moves very fast. Those that want the best also want the most capable and while the Hassy produces absolutely stunning images, even those with the deepest pockets that know about photography will choose a better all around performer and again at the sizes that you display images on this site you will not be able to distinguish between a Hassy and a far less expensive full frame DSLR. But play on playa.....
