How about making a car and inventing their own niche and making a demand like how Merc did with the CLS, or BMW/Acura did with the X6/ZDX? make something original, rather than trying to improve the existing.

The most they want to grow and be mention with fames the most they sink in their own mud. Embarrassing stop copying giant and real power brands like BMW and Mercedes, at the end people know who they are and what is Cadillac.
If you really love a pleasure to buy something for you , buy the real one, buy the original I will never buy a copy of anything , I love original people and original brands , I don't like brainless that copy or wait that the original is ready to make theirs owns similar. The important thing is that every brand have theirs identity and history and this is not created yesterday.they always think the most hp and faster he best is the car, big mistake,so will see the end of this chapter soon.

First off they will never compete with a front wheel drive layout. How does that SRX do against the X5? the Smallest engine in the X5 is still quite faster than the 3.6l in the SRX despite the fact it has more horsepower. I seriousy think Caddys 3.6l is very over rated. the CTS with 306hp is slower than a 528i with 240hp 4 cylinder despite the size difference and power differences.
