My guess would be Acura, Infinity and Buick. Maybe the Lexus ES. I don't see it stealing sales from the others unless they buyers are first time luxury car buyers. BMW drivers are very unlikely to switch, because despite the grand effort, it doesn't have their Teutonic sporty feel and solid like a bank vault feel or Mercedes. I would guess most sales would be from potential first time BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and Infinity customers who are first time new luxury car buyers of whom the value will appeal to. I think alot of Acura buyers will cross shop because they offer two rear wheel drive luxury cars with a better price. the RWD and price will appeal to enthusiasts that can't afford a new BMW, Mercedes ETC of the same size.
