The juxtaposition of an icon of the left with a luxury brand for the "1%ers" will make the mush-filled skulls of the occupy crowd explode with confusion. Of course, that's assuming any of them actually understand the conflicting association of a sadistic communist murderer with a luxury automotive brand that owes it's existence to capitalism.

MB, next time leave the psychopathic communist imagery for the t-shirts of naive, history-ignorant Berkeley freshmen.

Good god gracious, are we so politically sensitive as to let an advertisement affect our thinking/preference about cars? Talk about lame.

@nguyenvuminh, "lame" is glorifying and dignifying an international terrorist and psychopath like Che Guevara to sell cars. Humanity would be better served if we actually remembered the heinous actions and failed communist ideologies of the Guevaras, Stalins and Maos of the world so as not to allow them to happen again rather than trivialize the death and destruction they wrought on the world with naive pop culture appropriation.

mbcls07 - piss off you brainless twit. You may consider him and many others "terrorists" but the last time I check, millions of people see otherwise. Quite a few of non-Muslims and Westerners see Bush, Nixon, etc. in the same light so don't try to hoist your political leaning on me you fuck. You don't know me, I don't know you, and I am glad to keep it that way. I don't know who's right and who's wrong but history are full of these "terrorists". but don't go tell me how I should think about cars based on these baseless reasons. Or are you following the true American way and try to force your thinking on your fellow American? Now go fuck yourself.

Gee, I wonder if there's a correlation between being a non-white from a piss poor country and supporting Guevara and being a white from a prosperous country and opposing Guevara? The solution is for the non-whites to get back to their ass-backwards countries so that we in the West can recover from this failed experiment of multiculturalism and ethnic diversity.

nguyenvuminh, your insulting rant and moral relavitism says far more about you and those who espouse your ideology than it does about me. Sad that in 2012 with so much information so readily available to the common public that there are still those who would defend such objectively vile characters and failed ideologies.

Why not just show Hitler riding in his MB staff car? Historically accurate, and more reflective of Mercedes self-delusion regarding their superiority. The idea of a dark-haired, short-statured champion of the arayn race is just as sad as "Dr. Z's" engineering company that gets most of its innovation from suppliers outside of Germany.

Care to give a few examples of what you're talking about? If anything, Japan is regressing.

Nguyenvuminh, being that you come from Vietnam or have Vietnamese heritage in you, you should understand that people like Che used revolution to take power and murder anyone who disagree with him. This was the same premise as the people in Vietnam who used Communism to take power and eventually murdered and stole from their own people. You have got to be kidding me that Che, Stalin, and Mao are put in the same category as Bush and Nixon. Do you know about your heritage or America's heritage to make that comparison? Also, when you start to call people name and tell people to "fuck" themselves, you lost the argument. That is something a teenager would do.

@ nguyenvuminh, I salute you!
"The revolution is not an apple that falls
when it is ripe. You have to make it fall" Che'Guevara. Even the Dalai Lama has a bad side to him and his association with the Nazis in the past, so what is the point exactly?

Capitalism was working great in 1968 when the gap between the rich and poor in the U.S. was at its lowest point ever. What happened since then? Watch a movie from back then and look at all the white people that were around. America has been transformed forma a white nation into a developing nation since then. In 1970, America was almost 90% white but today it is only 63% white.
