Are GM And Chrysler Simply Too Close To The Current Administration?
The "unnatural relationship" between President Barack Obama's administration and automakers that received U.S. bailouts may explain the delay in disclosing a potential safety defect in General Motors Co. Chevrolet Volts, Republican lawmakers said in a report.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee report, released before a hearing today at which GM Chief Executive Officer Dan Akerson will testify, questions whether the government's 32 percent ownership of the automaker led it to delay publicizing a June 6 fire in a Volt lithium-ion battery that happened three weeks after a crash test.

Ok, are you really going there? Gm, already dismmissed from this rebublican witch hunt, NHTSA will likewise be exonerated. This is already going to be a messy political year, lets not drag all the car guys through it also.
The Volt is fine GM is on top, no interferance from big brother, no need for conspiracy theories.

angryinch1,

I see that you're still smarting over me exposing you as being a racist. Stop trying to deflect.

Anyone who consistently uses the word "Ghetto" like you do is a racist. You consistently use the word Ghetto yet you never say the words "Trailer Park". In your racist mind only the ghettos are worthy of scorn and ridicule. You give the Trailer parks a pass. Guess which race of people predominantly lives in the areas that you ridicule? And guess which race of people lives in the areas that you ignore? Yet both are equally impoverished and both receive public assistance. Don't worry, most racists don't even realize that they are racist.

I rarely agree with angryinch, but Lexsucks I think you're looking too hard to discredit him. Some of his comments may be blunt, but I don't ever recall him putting down any races.

"How is the word Ghetto racist?"

- It isn't within itself. Your constant use of it makes it racist.

He can not, or at least not until a party pundit/strategist gives him talking points.

If you take his argument outside of GM & the Obama Administration: we are more likely to be bought by Halliburton since their CEO was the Vice President of the country, Saudi Arabia for the multiple connections with the Saudi Royal family, Mexico, China, etc., etc.

A vote for the Republicans would stem from ignorance or greed if you ask me at this point, OR brainwashing by FuX "news". Neither party is perfect, and most politicians are slime balls. That said, the Republicans are so obviously puppets for big $ and not interested in listening to the people.

1. Welfare program was expanded by Bush Jr.
1a. The majority of people of welfare are not minorities.
1b. Any company that receives a subsidy are on corporate welfare.
2. The rich should be taxed fairly, no more and no less.
3. A national health care plan would eliminate medical costs for the small businesses that politicians and allow for increased revenue
4. Bush Jr. bailed out the "too big to fail" banks
5. To try to oversimplify the American working class into only two separate parties is juvenile at best.
6. There are bad employees in all levels of management.

Your points 7 - 10 are rants and have no basis or facts to support them.

Really. What a bunch of welfare princess. You guys are the true American Haters...steering w/ the help of UAW/Obama/GM/Chrysler towards a socialist economy. America was once a great country. It use to be if you didn't work hard/smart you would starve and die. Now, you're fat/lazy/dumb, Obama will take care of you. Working hard/smart is not longer in the American DNA
