The current Audi R8 is one of the best looking sport car out there so I wonder how are they going to make the new better looking.

It's all a matter of opinion, but I think the sideblades on the coupe have "run their course". They were at interesting when introduced - cleverly broke up the rather ungainly side profile of the car and were iconic, as well. The current gen. R8 spyder has a better profile and at the same time eliminated the sideblades. From the picture above, the new R8 coupe will have a better balanced design and no need for the sideblades.

Though the 991 Porsche turbo may be quicker and faster than the next generation R8, the R8's naturally aspirated engine with its near 9000 RPM redine and new dual clutch trans. is going to make it a tough choice for street driving.
