My understanding is that France has a policy of stabilizing the accident victim on site before moving them to a hospital. This was the case with Princess Diana, who dies of her injuries while being "stabilized" instead of rushing her to the hospital trauma unit. Could this policy be playing a part in other fatalities, too?

Non of the politicians bothered to think, if people did not pay attention to the many years and billions of Euros spent telling them not to "Drink and Drive", why would they pay any attention to the breathalyzer they are forced to carry ?

Would be easy to break the device and claim it was faulty.
