Consumer reports has no credibility anymore....They gave toyota high ratings for years and then after the Toyota acceleration crisis they conveniently decided the 4Runner was a rollover risk...

Even as a Lexus/Toyota fan, I agree consumer reports to needs a "Ho Sit Down"! They can't be serious blatantly hopping on the bandwagon...

The great news is most people dont look at any of this data when it come to forking over $$ for a car...Car buying is so much more personal and passionate...

The Consumer Reports car guys are all British and they're still pissed at the Germans for the blitz.

If I were toyota I would rectify this immediatly having a good rating by consumer reports is never a good thing for a car manufacturer. It is basically a statment that you car is boring!

The best unbiased source for reviews and long term reliability from their reader surveys. Sorry if your brand or model is a failure.

Consumer Reports is a joke.

Why are Subaru and Mazda rated the top brands all of a sudden? After years of having nearly average reliability (I can't even trust CR on that). Consumer Reports slams Honda for making "lackluster products". And Subaru? In my book Subaru has fallen much harder than Honda. There are many Honda products that I would buy - but there's not a single Subaru product I find appealing.
