Ford Markets F-Series Super Duty As A New Status Symbol

Ford Motor Co. unveiled Friday its most luxurious pickup truck in hopes of boosting profit margins and staying ahead of competitors in the truck segment.

The 2013 F-Series Super Duty will include a new Platinum model with a chrome-detailed exterior and Ford's voice-controlled touch-screen system, SYNC with MyFord Touch, with navigation that works even when the driver is wearing gloves.

They have used the same body since it came out in 98 as a 99. All they ever do is keep changing the front grill and make it bigger. How about change the rest of the body like the doors etc. What other car keeps refreshing their car for over 13 years. That thing looks the same as the 99 model from the side other than a grill on the fender. For 70 grand I'll get an F-650 super truck. Who works a $70k luxury vehicle like the Super duty is normally used?
