VIDEO: This Is The FIRST Time We Listen To TRD's Newly Developed Exhaust For The FR-S, Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN?

As we have all come to know, Toyota Motor Sales' Scion division is a brand running on a younger demographic that's eager to personalize their product. Cars like the Scion tC have sold in droves to first-time car buyers that want to update the audio system, tweak the wheels and tire setup and also modify the intake and exhaust.

Speaking of the exhaust, Toyota Racing Development (a.k.a. "TRD") has developed several key performance upgrades for the GT86 -- which will be known as the Scion FR-S in the States.

This video shot abroad clearly shows some new items that have been added to this GT86: suspension, wheels/tires, upgraded calipers and exhaust.

That said, how do you think the all-new FR-S will sound with the upgraded, TRD exhaust?

Is this soundtrack doing the trick for you and getting you ready to write out a check, or are you feeling more on the "meh" side?

Sounds awesome and the car looks great. Too bad most of the sales of this car will go to 20 somethings who are into the tuner scene (low entry price, rear wheel drive & great for drifting). I bet you will see a bunch of them at next SEMA.

Sounds great...however, am I the only one who is getting tired of looking at this thing in pictures and videos.
