NEW YORK AUTO SHOW: Day One Is A WRAP And Agent 00R Picks The BEST Of 001's Shots!

The New York Auto Show is one of my favorites. Of course, I am bias as this is my hometown's show. But where else are you going to get such a melting pot of individuals? From the hungry journalist exclaiming "This is my favorite part of the auto show [referring to Audi's exquisite lunch]!" to Donald and Ivanka Trump strutting their stuff, you can't beat the diversity of the crowd.

And, that is also reflected in the products brought to the Jacob Javits Center. Of course there are your run-of-the-mill consumer products like the all-new Chevrolet Impala; however, there is original thinking as you'd see from Terrafugia's flying car.

That said, I went through ALL of day one's images -- over 400 now -- and picked out my favorites of the lot, so far.
