Can YOU Name Some Of The Most UNDERRATED Sports Cars? I Have One...
I am not sure if this has happened to YOU before, but if I was a betting man, I'd say so.

That's because it just happened to me!

For quite sometime I've thought that Aston Martin made fine automobiles that looked great; however, I wasn't entirely sold on how the overall experience would pan out. Would its interior be highly refined or kit car-ish? Would it feel solid or like a hand-built, rattling mess over bumps?

I was even MORE concerned about how it would perform. On paper, it doesn't sound overly impressive, especially when you consider the price. A V8 Vantage S has a 4.7-liter V8 pushing out 430 horsepower and 361 lb.-ft. of torque that is coupled with a single-clutch, automated manual transmission. Our test vehicle came in just under $160 heads of lettuce.

Then I experienced it, and it blew me away. More details to follow.

That being said, can YOU name some SPORTS CARS that you underrated and once you got behind the wheel it change your mind instantly?

Actually, Ive enver been surprised in a positive way by certain "sports" cars. Just dissapointed! They way undermet my expectations. The list is:
Lexus IS-F
Subaru WRX STI
Audi S5
Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VIII
Dodge Viper Hennessy Venom Viper
Every corvette'

I prefer my 335i sedan with the sport package than any of the above vehicles.

Edmunds gave the nod to the EVO X MR over your 335. Jus sayin. I've driven 335s extensively and they felt boring in comparison to the EVO. You seem to "prefer" your 335 over any other sports car made. Which isn't realistic IMO. I guess it all depends on what those individual preferences are. I passed on the 335.

I love Aston Martins. I have always wanted to drive one. The DBS is my favorite high end sports car. Of course, I have yet to drive one.

Most underrated sports car: Current-gen Subaru STi
7:55 around Nurburgring, 5 seater, plenty trunk space, 20+mpg, $35k cost. All this doesn't even include the tuning capabilities which can easily unleash the full potential of the car.

Couldn't agree more. MX-5 is fantastic.

The Aston is lovely to look at but much overated as a true sports car. An MX-5 is a pure thru and thru sports car that does not get the respect it deserves because it is considered cheap when really it is great value. I use to have to drive my Boxster at twice the speed limit to even get a feeling that I was in control where in an MX-5 ever trip to supermarket is joy of man and machine bonding as one within legal limits. Pure joy!
