VIDEO: TEASED! Five Axis Spiffs Up The Scion FR-S - Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN?
Those familiar with Toyota, Lexus and Scion as of late would know by now that at recent auto shows, Toyota Motor Sales turns to Five Axis to spiff up their products. From cars like the Lexus IS, GS and Scion FR-S, Five Axis always manages to make tasteful additions that don't take away from the original product.

Well, it seems that Five Axis will be selling mods through Scion dealers when the FR-S makes its long-awaited debut soon.

Think of it along the lines of Dinan's relationship with BMW. No word on how this will play out with new car warranties.

Five Axis says that the vehicle in the video is sporting an upgraded, four-piece aero kit, rear spoiler, new 19-inch wheels, new springs and updated Five Axis badging.

Taking these NEW mods into consideration, how does the new Scion FR-S stack up to you now? Thumbs UP or thumbs DOWN?

This is a quick teaser video showing rolling footage of the Five Axis Edition Scion FR-S. Modifications on the vehicle include:

- FIVE:AD 4-piece aero kit
- FIVE:AD rear spoiler
- FIVE:AD 19" alloy wheels (R5:F on passenger side, S5:F on driver side)
- Sport lowering springs
- Five Axis Edition badging

Does the aerokit, spoiler and additional badging increase the horsepower of the FR-S to something more than 200 hp? No? It still has 63 fewer hp than a Taurus, you say?

Dude, Five Axis makes body kits, not performance mods. If you want your FR-S to go faster, I'm sure there will soon be truckloads of tuners trying to sell you their stroker and turbo kits and suspension upgrades.

I am well aware body kits don't make the car faster, just looks like it is faster and it isn't fast at all to begin with was my point.
